ME TOO! I am a child sexual abuse survivor who has spent so much of my life working to heal physical and emotional pain. On my journey to heal, I realized learning how to be in my body and feel things was incredibly challenging! Then I discovered the powerful healing magic of playful, intuitive movements. I explored how making friends with my body and understanding its needs created more energy and peace for me.

With the Group Coaching Package, you will receive 24, 90 minute all-levels Online Group Coaching sessions, or 4/month. Each Group Coaching session will be approx. 60 minutes movement practice and 30 min coaching Q&A.
Each week, the movement practice will be focused on a common theme or belief. Then, we will have 30 minutes where you can “Hot Seat” ask questions and listen to others. No movement experience necessary!
Additionally, as a member of this group, you will receive:
All groups will be recorded and sent out to participants, so no worries if you can’t attend 1 week!
Total cost for 6 months is 1 payment of $1200 or 6 payments of $210.

During this 20 weeks together, we will work to identify your limiting negative self beliefs, & playfully move to release the energy around them. You will discover inner resilience and strength, learning how to let go of pain & hurt. I provide resources, support and play to ease the burden of healing.

SUP Yoga (yoga on a stand-up paddleboard in the water) is a fun and challenging adventure! SUP Yoga typically involves a combination of slow holding and flowing poses. SUP yoga provides unique opportunities to connect mind & body with mindful muscle engagement; otherwise you end up practicing “falling-in-asana” (falling in pose!). Moving to the natural soundtrack of the wind, birds, and gently flowing water is a profound experience Lessons are private or semi-private (max 2 people), & involve approximately 10 minutes of instruction, 15-20 minutes paddling and 60 minutes of paddleboard yoga. At the end of each session, you will relax in Savasana – or final resting pose as the water rocks you into a state of blissful meditation. No yoga or stand-up paddle boarding experience necessary! Equipment provided, or bring your own. SUP Yoga can be a one-time event or multiple classes.
