I’m Angie Berrett, an Intuitive Movement Coach, Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma-Informed Yoga Instructor, and Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor. Drawing on my expertise in trauma-informed practices, I help women heal from childhood trauma, relieve stress and anxiety, and rediscover joy through playful movement.
