I am an Intuitive Movement Coach, Registered Nurse, Advanced Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor & Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor who understands the human body & how it works. I help people relieve stress, anxiety, depression & trauma through play, movements & imagination so they can have more joy & peace in their lives.
I guide you through creative, playful movements, teaching you what muscles to activate & why. I also provide vivid imagery and creative suggestions to help you get out of your daily routine. I strive to create positive experiences in a supportive and uplifting setting. Working together we can release tension and trauma from your body!
I provide live online Group Coaching, online private movement lessons, and Private and Semi-Private Stand-up Paddle board (SUP) Yoga instruction in Salt Lake City, UT and the surrounding areas.
